Fletcher Pilates® Preparatory Course - Korea

The Fletcher Pilates® Preparatory Course is based on Ron Fletcher's philosophy of "knowing movement in the body" and encourages experiencing each piece of movement in the program before learning to teach it. Our Preparatory Course is designed to cover all beginning/intermediate material included in the Program of Study. It is a 30-hour program, generally taught in 3 or 6-hour sessions. Participating in the Preparatory Course is the ideal way to prepare to enter the Comprehensive Program of study.
론 플레처 필라테스 사전 과정은 론 플레처의 "몸에서 일어나는 움직임을 알기(knowing movement in the body)“라는 철학에 기초하여, 가르치는 것을 배우기 전에 우선 각각의 동작들에 대해 온전히 경험해볼 수 있도록 격려합니다.
우리의 사전 과정은 스터디 프로그램에 포함된 모든 기초/중급 내용들을 포함하도록 설계되었습니다. 30시간의 프로그램으로, 보통 3시간 혹은 6시간의 세션들을 통해 가르칩니다. 이 사전 과정은 플레처 필라테스® 종합 과정에 입문하여 자격 있는 교사가 되기 위한 이상적인 준비가 될 것입니다.
